Overall a nice unit, works well, I think the price is a little high. Pretty easy to put together. The burner gets the oven to temp fast and it can be adjusted to really work for your needs and keep the oven at the temp you want pretty easy. To take it off the cart and use it as a tabletop unit would be a little more trouble. Its only four screws but they are not easy to get to and you have to lay on the bottom of where the tank is and I bent mine just trying to get the screws in. Nice big front so getting pizzas in is easy.

This oven is great cooks pizza in under 2 minutes. There’s a learning curve as it cooks so quickly the veggies don’t really cook. Can’t over load the toppings which is perfectly fine we’ll get it figured out this is a fabulous pizza oven can not wait to use it more

Have had my Blackstone Pizza Oven for a month and wanted to use it a few times before I gave my thoughts. Installation of the pizza oven was simple but give yourself time to not rush through this process as it will save you time having to go back and rebuild your oven. Directions were easy to understand. Have now cooked 10 to 12 pizzas and while there is a learning curve to get to that perfect pizza. Once you get you will experience amazing pizza. I have really enjoyed using my pizza oven. I know it is a investment but well worth it. Can’t wait to try other cooks!
