This is the greatest pizza oven. It's so easy to use however...there is a bit of learning involved so you don't burn your pizza. I do wish more recipes for this would let you know the heating dial position (High, Medium, Low, etc) or at least where the thermomotor needle needed to me for what your cooking.

OMG this pizza oven is the freakin bomb ….we have made so many pizzas already since getting it …I only messed one up , but we’re learning ….it literally cooks the whole pizza to perfection in less that 2 minutes ….if you’re on the fence ….JUMP …you won’t regret it

No physical instructions so I had to download on my phone, which was a pain. Also, the wrong size of screws are listed in the instructions than what actually came with the product. I had to find the customer service number and call to confirm.
