Pretty easy to put together even though you have to assemble the cart. Its a heavy oven! I've cooked 6 pizzas and some breadsticks in the oven so far and they have all turned out great. I ended up cooking the pizzas right at 2.5 mins which seems to be about right for our taste. I use the wall adapter since I didn't want to mess with batteries for the turn table which works just fine. For heating, I turn it all the way up until my infrared thermometer says the lower stone is about 650F then turn it all the way back to the lowest setting until it reaches ~700F. Super easy to clean when you want to sweep it out and clean the stones. Not a big fan of the peel but I've replaced it.

With so many pizza ovens on the market right now I debated long and hard as to which one to purchase. Which fuel, what size, etc... Ultimately I decided that pizza night should be fun and not work so I chose this one. After a few Friday night pizza gatherings, I am confident that I made the right choice. This unit comes to temperature ready to cook in approx. 10 minutes and stays there with no tinkering needed. The rotating stone is fantastic as it allows you to be prepping the next pizza while the one in the oven is cooking evenly (without the constant turning). Of course you had better be fast because it will be done in about two minutes. The dual stone tech is great too as it helps cook the toppings and cheese to perfection. Assembly was easy, however, I suggest that you watch an assembly video AND download the assembly instructions online as there are some minor steps noted in the paper manual that don't apply. All in all I an very happy with my Blackstone pizza oven.

I received the box and had no difficulty assembling the oven. Instructions show different screws for handles but same black screws are used everywhere (manual needs update). The oven seems well made and heats up pretty fast. I have made 4 pizzas so far and all came out great. First 2 were premade fresh dough from grocery store and last 2 were dough i made from scratch. A bit of a learning curve getting pizza dough flattened out and then transferred to pizza spatula then to oven stone without squishing. Hint - use a good dusting of cornmeal/flour to help it slide. I also turn off the turntable while sliding pizza into oven. The accessory package was great with 2 pans, brush/scraper, cover, and thermometer. The cover fits nicely. The castors work great and lock securely

Very flimsy thermometer. Broke getting out of box. Not real user friendly to get to specific temps. For the money you would like to see an electronic control for temperature targets like the pellet grills. But overall it works very well. Just takes a lot of practice to get temps where you want them.
