I have had mine for about a month. So far I have really enjoyed it. The assembly was relatively easy and the construction feels very sturdy. Heavy, quality parts. Being on it's own cart solved a the problem of where to put a pizza oven on our patio.
A couple of notes, it takes a little longer to heat up than I would have expected, even after 15 minutes I am only hitting temps around 650-700. And in what I am sure is just operator error, it is a little harder to get lit and running that I expected.
All that being said, it is a real joy to watch a pizza cook in minutes right in front of your eyes and the food has tasted great.

We are very happy with the pizza oven. It does a great job on pizza and is simple to use. The initial delivery was a problem in that the manual was not accurate or clear. We had not experienced this level of sloppiness from Blackstone in the past. All in all the product is great and we look forward to seeing what other things are baked/cooked in this oven. It does consume a lot of propane.

I have been holding off getting a pizza oven and I am glad I did. The turntable makes cooking the pizza evenly a breeze. I have only used a brick pizza oven before and the Blackstone is so much better. Our first batch came out great and am looking forward to trying other things. Don't settle for less, go for the best.
