Still working out the kinks

Wish we had not purchased the swivel feature. The sensor makes it very complicated and delicate. After "fixing" it with phone help, it once again does not work. We'll be calling (again). Frustrating. The piece is beautiful, very solid cabinetry. But the technical components are delicate and at times confounding.

We received the cabinet and LOVE it! It is even nicer than we imagined. Dealing with Touchtone was a pleasure - very responsive to questions and concerns. We would highly recommend the product and the company!
