And it’s a nice piece of furniture

The Touchstone TV Lift cabinet setup was simple enough, and the unit works very well. The setup instructions could be a little clearer, but ultimately setup was pretty straightforward. Also, when setting up a dvd player on the extra platform, you have to watch where the cords go. In my case, the mechanism caught the hdmi cable, and since there doesn’t seem to be an auto-sensing device for obstructions, it yanked the cable out of the player, fortunately only destroying the cable. But otherwise, a wonderful device!

Overall our experience so far has been wonderful! It is a beautiful piece of furniture. It was very well packed and protected. Easy to unpack. The lift works perfectly. We haven’t purchased our TV yet. looking forward to buying it soon. Wish we had bought the shelf I can see now that it would be very beneficial to have.

I purchased this back in 2018. The cabinet is still in perfect condition and the lift works well, with a few minor issues. We love this TV cabinet/lift! It's a beautiful piece of furniture that does a perfect job of hiding the TV when it's not in use. There's a certain cool factor that comes with pressing the remote and having the TV appear from the cabinet.

Still working out the kinks

Wish we had not purchased the swivel feature. The sensor makes it very complicated and delicate. After "fixing" it with phone help, it once again does not work. We'll be calling (again). Frustrating. The piece is beautiful, very solid cabinetry. But the technical components are delicate and at times confounding.
