Prints Fast & Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Color LaserJet Pro MPF 3301sdw is a game changer for my workflow. It prints much faster than my former ink jet printer and was easy to link to my WIFI and three office computers for wireless printing I work smarter and more efficiently with all of its capabilities including the copy and scan functions. The digital touch icon interface is intuitive and easy to navigate through settings and functions.

Color Laser At A Reasonable Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember purchasing my first color laser printer years ago. It was slow (4 ppm!), expensive, and loud. It's pretty nuts how much the product has improved. This printer has a first page time that is very quick, and the toner is easy to change, as it installs in the front and not the sides. Scanning is good with PDF and JPG options. The duplexer is very nice—a feature that used to be quite expensive and hard to get.
I do wish that HP were more open to 3rd party toner cartridges. It feels like this has been a battle for decades with some manufacturers supporting it more than others. HP definitely does not. Still, the printer is amazing, and I highly recommend it.

A really good laser printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from a old black and white laser printer to this new printer and it's a night and day difference. This printer prints fast and very quiet, it also doesn't take long to start up and stop. Quality of the printer are clear and color prints are pretty vibrant. Set up was really easy as toner was already installed in the box which I really appreciate and cut down on set up time. All you have to do is to turn it on and follow the instructions on the touchscreen. Touchscreen is super responsive and roomy enough where there's not mistakes navigating the menu. I do appreciate the connectivity of the printer with it's clean phone app and that I can easily print wirelessly anywhere in the house with my phone or through WiFi. Definitely recommend for a solid printer

Excellent Small Business Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is an excellent upgrade to my older HP. I set it up in less than 5 minutes! The instructions were very easy to follow and it connected to my WiFi right away. It prints very quick in B/W and Color and the quality is top notch! I utilize it for my small business and personal needs, and it has been working perfect for me so far. I am excited to continue using it for years to come. It’s an excellent value all around to be able to have the scan and copy feature as well. Thanks HP for another great product!

Impressive compact printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer was packaged well. It is pretty heavy for the size and needed my husband to help me take it out of the box. I like it’s simplicity. It was really easy to set up and being wireless is definitely a plus, no additional cables needed. As soon as I connected to WiFi, it was immediately available as an option on my iPhone. It is a little loud when it starts from sleep mode (but not as loud as my older printer) . I printed something small, and the print was clear and legible. I also printed a photo from my iPhone and there was an option to select the size and only took seconds to print. I am very impressed with this printer.

Just Fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After unboxing, the display held my hand and walked me through the setup process. Next, I connected it to my computer and printed out a test page, all done under 5 minutes after plugging it in. I'm not used to having anything go so smooth when it comes to printers. I have pptsd (post printer traumatic stress disorder) as im sure anyone else reading this does as well. Setting up the Hp Smart app on my phone was just as effortless. It prints super fast and print quality is outstanding. Build quality feels premium and sturdy. It's pretty quiet, as far as printers go. I also tested the scanning, copying, and faxing functions and the printer does them all really well. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new printer.

Amazing Setup and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off let me say that I was pleased about the packaging and I have been a big fan of the HP printers. This printer certainly did NOT disappoint me nor my wife. It was super easy to setup and was up and going in less than six minutes.
I was also very please with the features as you can scan things from the phone and send to the printer for printing. I found that this was difficult to do with my previous printer and very "clunky".
The color was absolutely amazing and the options are plentiful with this printer. We print a lot but never really had was impressed with the quality of the last ink jet printer we had so we went with a laser black and white. It was pretty good but this one blows the ink jet out of the water and the colors are so crisp and clear. The finish was good enough to actually put in a frame.
Overall, I am super pleased with the printer and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that is looking to purchase their next printer. I am looking forward to years of service from the 3301SDW! This was one of the best purchases that we have made in several years.

What a great printer

Print quality is outstanding and this printer works so much better than my old one.
