GREAT PRINTER but with complicated steps for som basic needs.

Fast and efficient printing from a computer. Copies great. The reason it's only 4 stars is that printing envelopes and copying to the computer is complicated and I've not been able to figure out how to do those steps. Faxing is not that important but is yet another vey complicated process..

This printer has not worked well since the day I got it. It needs to be restarted every few print jobs and the scanner function only scans ten pages

Printer seems to work fine. Wouldn't print pdf's with images from main computer. HP support was worthless. Almost returned it, but tried Grok first. Recommended turning off EasyColor and working now.
