[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new printer in a well protected box. The set up of all the parameters was extremely easy just following the screen prompts. The print quality both in color and black/white was great. I would recommended this printer to anyone looking to upgrade to a complete complement of features.

Crisp and colorful prints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using HP printers for a quarter century now and have been using their Laserjet printers for around 20 years of that time and I have come to trust the performance, ease of use, and print quality of HP's printer line, and I am highly impressed with the Laserjet Pro 3301fdw! This printer is the quietest I have ever used while maintaining time to print and print speed. Print quality is top notch with Matt, Gloss, and cardstock!
Setup and install was easy and quick with no issues, and the printer comes with the base toner cartridges, all 218a series. In my case I use my printers for my home network so that all of my devices have access. Once out of the box, with shipping tape removed, I plugged in the unit and went through the touch screen setup. Simply entering my wifi credentials connected the printer, and it showed on the network immediately without issue. I first installed the printer on my android phone using the HP Smart app. Install was almost immediate and I was quickly able to test print. I next installed the printer on a Windows 11 desktop, two Windows 11 laptops, and a Windows 10 laptop, all installs were fast and easy using the HP Smart app on each. All that was needed was to install the app on the Windows devices, in my case the app was already installed, and hit "add new printer". The app found the printer within a few seconds, choose the printer and the installation completes. Once I verified the install on our devices I then accessed the printer setup and went about securing the printer and setting up the individual settings. You can skip this process but I highly suggest securing it and setting up scan to email and fax. The easiest way to update settings is to open a browser and type in the IP address of the printer to access the printers web server. From there the additional setup is a breeze.
After the final setup I tested scan both flatbed and duplex. Scan was super quick as the 3301fdw will scan both sides of each page, should you choose, when scanning in batch mode and order the pages properly. All scans were crystal clear. Scan to email was quick and easy as was fax.
Final word from me is that the Laserjet Pro 3301fdw is the epitome of what I have come to expect from HP printers and it's printer like the 3301fdw which will keep me coming back to HP for decades to come!

Very Professional Printing and Scanning

This printer has a great printing product and bonus (for me) MFP scanning. This printer will serve my new business very well!

Almost awesome...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is great. It prints fast, easy copying, and great support. I can use this printer via connecting my laptops or even wireless through my android, and with Windows 11. The printer is a bit loud and noisy at start up. Print quality is stellar, and I think the quality meets the large copiers at my real office. I do like the fact it uses toner and not ink, even if the toner costs more for a refill. I think the paper tray is a bit small, and the screen/built in OS is not as useful as HP's bigger options, but for a home office color laser on multiple computers, I don't think you can beat this.

Best Multifunction printer for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3301fdw is a great and well packaged multifunction printer. My last printer is twice the size and takes a long time to warm up to laser print. The HP phone app and web based setup was easy to complete. The phone app allows me to print directly to the printer. I love how it only takes a few seconds to warm up and start printing along with being super quiet. The multifunction control screen is largw amd all main function are easy to use. I love the two tone black and white atheistic and this printer blends in well in my home office.

A Perfect Fit for Small Businesses

One of the most notable features of the 3301fdw is its speed. It handles high-volume print jobs efficiently, which is crucial for the fast-paced environment of an accounting office. Moreover, it's remarkably quiet, making it a great choice for a small office where noise can be a distraction.
The built-in scanner is another highlight of this model. It works flawlessly, providing clear and accurate scans that make document management and electronic filing much easier. The automatic document feeder is a real time-saver, especially when scanning multi-page documents.

Great printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this printer is easy to set up and start using. Connecting to WiFi was simple and quick, opened up the HP Smart app on the computer and it linked right away and prompted a quick update. The speed which this printer prints is wonderful, and faster than my prior LaserJet printer, and it is quieter too.
As a small business owner, I need the capability to print in color on occasion, fax documents, and scan documents, and this printer does it all.
My husband was against purchasing a color printer because it is always magenta that runs out first, so time will tell, but in the meantime I'm already impressed with this printer.

Super Easy and Quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was waiting for a good color double sided wifi printer for my KG kids’ art related stuff and drawing. She does need lot of prints for her art class. When I got this printer, I initially thought of Researching a lot to setup and all, but to my pleasant surprise, it was super quick and easy for a person who is not into much of tech. And immediately we are able to print from phone wirelessly and the prints were super quick, without much noise and got good quality. I loved this. It doesn’t appear bigger as I initially thought before buying. My kid was super happy with this and she is able to print all by herself from our phones and her tablets. We tried to print photos as well which are pretty good. I recommend this!!
