[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of searching for a replacement laser printer I think I've finally found the perfect product. The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301sdw meets all my needs and so much more.
Setup of the printer was simple and fast. It found the wireless network immediately and within less than 30 mins I'd installed all the drivers and updated the firmware with no issues whatsoever.
I was a little concerned about the size of the printer when first unboxing, but it sits perfectly on my standing desk and does not look out of place as a home printer.
The printer is incredibly fast in both black and white and color. My wife who is a teacher could not believe the speed at which it printed dozens of worksheets for her students. The quality of the output is amazing even on basic copier paper. Lines are crisp, the definition is high, and colors pop from the page. The best I have seen in any previous printer I have owned.
One of the things I like most about this printer is the speed of double sided printing. It’s astonishingly fast – faster than single sided printing from my previous printer. Scan speed and quality is also impressive, and the HP apps make it easy.
If you are looking for a feature packed printer that does it all at speed and high quality then you cannot go wrong with the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP3301sdw.

Prints Fast & Quiet

It prints much faster than my former ink jet printer and was easy to link to my WIFI and three office computers for wireless printing I work smarter and more efficiently with all of its capabilities including the copy and scan functions. The digital touch icon interface is intuitive and easy to navigate through settings and functions.

Color Laser At A Reasonable Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember purchasing my first color laser printer years ago. It was slow (4 ppm!), expensive, and loud. It's pretty nuts how much the product has improved. This printer has a first page time that is very quick, and the toner is easy to change, as it installs in the front and not the sides. Scanning is good with PDF and JPG options. The duplexer is very nice—a feature that used to be quite expensive and hard to get.
I do wish that HP were more open to 3rd party toner cartridges. It feels like this has been a battle for decades with some manufacturers supporting it more than others. HP definitely does not. Still, the printer is amazing, and I highly recommend it.

A really good laser printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from a old black and white laser printer to this new printer and it's a night and day difference. This printer prints fast and very quiet, it also doesn't take long to start up and stop. Quality of the printer are clear and color prints are pretty vibrant. Set up was really easy as toner was already installed in the box which I really appreciate and cut down on set up time. All you have to do is to turn it on and follow the instructions on the touchscreen. Touchscreen is super responsive and roomy enough where there's not mistakes navigating the menu. I do appreciate the connectivity of the printer with it's clean phone app and that I can easily print wirelessly anywhere in the house with my phone or through WiFi. Definitely recommend for a solid printer

Excellent Small Business Printer

The instructions were very easy to follow and it connected to my WiFi right away. It prints very quick in B/W and Color and the quality is top notch! I utilize it for my small business and personal needs, and it has been working perfect for me so far. I am excited to continue using it for years to come. It’s an excellent value all around to be able to have the scan and copy feature as well. Thanks HP for another great product!

Impressive compact printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer was packaged well. It is pretty heavy for the size and needed my husband to help me take it out of the box. I like it’s simplicity. It was really easy to set up and being wireless is definitely a plus, no additional cables needed. As soon as I connected to WiFi, it was immediately available as an option on my iPhone. It is a little loud when it starts from sleep mode (but not as loud as my older printer) . I printed something small, and the print was clear and legible. I also printed a photo from my iPhone and there was an option to select the size and only took seconds to print. I am very impressed with this printer.
