The printer is much slower than my M477fdn and the 2 sided copy when I scan appears to be manual. I want my M477fdn back but cannot find anyone who will come and repair it.

Convoluted and cumbersome setup process plus way too many steps to do simple tasks. Every time I want to adjust print quality or other parameter, I need to remember a 6 digit PIN!

The quality of the printing is great, no complaints there at all, but it's loud. I bought it hoping it'd be quieter and faster than the old inkjet we had, but it's not. It also randomly 'calibrates' and makes noise when my husband is on meeting calls - I had to run in and unplug it yesterday.
I haven't been able to figure out how to print remotely on it, which has also been very frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scanning too many documents takes all day to do because I have to turn it on and off constantly.

I've had nothing but trouble with this printer. This is my third all-in-one and the only one that has been a problem connecting with my computer and performing all 3 functions.
