Where the dice at ??

Looks great. Will def get the mini figures. Concept is very well done. Seriously why does this not come with dice and I wish it was wider and open so that I could see it more with out having to turn it around.

First off, the design is fantastic and I loved all the little touches, which made for a richly detailed finished set. The build wasn’t difficult, but it was challenging enough to keep me engaged and entertained throughout. Overall, this would have been a great set, however… there were about half a dozen pieces missing (mostly from the tavern). Through creativity (and raiding my childhood stash of bricks) I was able to complete the build, but it was really disappointing. I just wish the quality control had been better, especially considering the price point on this set.

This is such a charming set! The creatures are fun, and the dragon is a great build. There are so many scenes to set up, along with the mini figures that have a nice amount of detail. A great addition to my collection. If you like medieval fantasy, you will enjoy this set.

As someone who's built with lego since I was a child and played DnD as both a player and a DM over nearly the last decade this set is a joy to work on. The minis span a range of classes and races in 5th edition with not only reversible faces but swappable faces for masculine and feminine options for all of the minis,
that is all bundled with the hidden gear for a great level of customization true to the experience of role-playing games. The set features a number of iconic monsters that are a blast to build. Though I'm about halfway through I'm eagerly awaiting to work on the red dragon. The set manages to put together a holistic view of the DND experience from the classical trope of meeting at the tavern to the climatic showdown in the tower with traps and monsters galore along the way. Lego ideas creator Lucas Bolt and Lego managed to roll a nat 20 on this set. If you have the money to spend, then it's definitely worth the price if you're a fan of DnD like myself.

Great but...

The dragons mouth. Doesn't stay on, constantly falls off. The way they built it is mystifying and I might modify it if I get the time.
Love everything else. Fun build. My son loved making fantasy weapons with all the extra pieces. Almost perfect.

Fantastic Set for Lovers of D&D

This is my first full-size LEGO set, and I am so happy to have purchased and built it. The build has been super fun, and the little details are very satisfying. The monsters and minifigures are fantastic, and they are just about the right size to integrate into my weekly D&D campaign as miniatures. My hope is that the LEGO Company will offer many more D&D tie-ins in the future.

I really enjoyed building this set, and appreciated all of the small details included. I know there is a own shot adventure that accompanies the set, but the multitude of monsters, and all the hidden details are great, whether plan to use it for a game or not.
