It took me about 3 wks to get thru the 34 bags, worth every evening!
Great build! Beautiful detail! I'll likely add a light brick, at least, to show it off. Great display build.

First and foremost. I ADORE THIS SET. Absolutely love it. The Notre Dame is beautiful and iconic and I love that I can finally make it with Lego bricks. The building techniques are interesting and satisfying. It’s all in all beautiful.
BUT BE CAREFUL!
I’m on bag 24 right now so I’m almost done. I’m writing this review in response to what just happened. When you’re putting the thing together, be careful about putting pieces on around the center of the building when the walls are higher up. I’ve dropped a piece twice into the building and getting them out was a pain. I didn’t like having to lift the whole thing to shake out the piece.
So don’t be a klutz like me. Be careful until the roof goes on. That’s all.
Other than that. LOVE IT! So cool! French Revolution was one of my favorite historical time frames. Thank you Lego designers for making such a cool set.

Beautiful set. Hope you do more religious buildings. Figures (statues and gargantuan) could be more realistic, not just geometric forms

Really fun build and well worth the money

I received this as a birthday gift, and having never bought an architecture set before I was unsure if I would like it. I was very surprised at how great the building experience was, and I appreciated how each bag of parts took about 15-20 minutes to assemble. There was a bit of repetition with the windows and buttresses, but when the set is complete it feels well worth it. It is a large set, but not super inconvenient to display.
