Started off a lil rough because of the detail of this build. It's going to be heavy. Just tells you the work that goes into it.

This was so much fun to build! We love reading the history and seeing the interior elements as we put it all together. Then the outside features were stunning, too! My favorite Lego set so far. It’s the perfect size and we can’t stop staring at it. I’ve been to Notre Dame twice, so this is a nice memento. And now because of this set, my husband really wants to go see it! It’s extra meaningful after the fire, too. Lego, make more like this! We think the Biltmore would be AMAZING!

This set is definitely one of the most detailed and intricate architecture sets I have seen to date. The build is repetitive due to the nature of the structure, however you build it chronologically and the final product makes it all worth it. It's not as big as some other sets of similar piece counts, but nonetheless it is the most visually stunning piece I own. Btw play rating isn't fair for a display piece.

This is a very nice kit. It's a easy build. I like the attention to detail! Only thing missing was direction to set on fire! Just kidding. I will be adding a light kit as it looks awesome lit up.

Display-worthy model

This is one of the most intricate designs I have seen in a Lego set. Unless someone looks closely, they would never know this was a Lego model. Very satisfying to assemble—good instructions, and not overly difficult assembly. The end product is amazing. I hope Lego does more of these iconic buildings.

Great product. Fun to build. Only through 8 bags. Easy to follow instructions. In bag 4, missing 1 - 1x1 clear brick but an extra 1x1 black brick was available.
