Great Grill - Konnected

I bought the KJ Konnected and have used it twice now. The first time I used it as normal grill for a twice smoked ham. As expected, the ham turned out amazing. The grill performed perfectly. The second time, I used the KJ K in full auto mode for pizza....OMG. Amazing. The unit does not mess around. Fired up very quickly, fan billowed out the smoke to get it to temp and then the grill maintained the temp very evenly. Every time I opened and closed the grill, whoosh, it was back to temp. Kudos to the team that designed the unit. Only negative, app is working great on my husband's pixel phone but not on my pixel phone. Working on that.

Best Grill I’ve ever cooked on.

I absolutely Love this grill and so does my Wife. As a matter of fact she said she didn’t care if I ever cooked on my Traeger again. I’ve only had it 2 weeks but I’ve already cooked 7 times on it. Hamburgers, chicken, pork tenderloin,Boston butt, steaks, baby backs and breakfast sausage and a can of biscuits. Like any grill you have to learn it and the only way to do that is cook. It’s simple to clean even more so than the pellet grills. I would definitely recommend this grill to anyone. Maybe one day I’ll be able to afford the Konnected Big Joe.

Magical Combination of Convenience And Performance

I can't imagine not having the Konnected Joe from Kamado Joe - I love this thing. I have always been worried about the transition away from gas, because it's so easy. Kamado Joe is as easy - you push the button and it gets up to temperature. I've used it for chops for steaks - this weekend I used it as a smoker to double smoke a ham. Highly recommend - I wish I had this earlier!

Great Grill, Konnected needs some work

I bought a Konnected Joe and it's mostly been a great experience. The grill works great but the app needs a lot of work. I've had to uninstall the app and reconnect the grill dozens of time. Sounds like this is a pretty common occurrence.

I have been using the Kamado Joe for 5 years now and absolutely love it. The biggest trick to figure out is how to use the bottom and top vents properly to keep the grill at a consistent temp. Once you get that down it is very simple to use. I use mine regularly and have had zero issues. The only maintenance I perform is once a year I do a deep cleaning and replace the felt gasket. Great product!
