Nice and spacious. My only problem is that the timer quit working. It's only been less than 3 months since it was purchased.

too long to dry

I just got it today and so far I do not like it at all. It takes too long to dry and the clothes are stiff and rough. Im going to try dryer sheets, maybe fabric softener but right now I do not like it at all.

We would like to provide guidance with this dryer. Drying performance will vary based on multiple factors such as the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation. Using the proper venting material and making sure the vent ductwork is the proper length is very important to the operation of a dryer. We recommend the use of a solid metal vent pipe 4" in diameter for adequate operation. 4" diameter flexible metal venting may be used but will increase the drying time. We also advise removing and cleaning the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen. Makes loud noise

Repair man been out twice. Where I bought it said you just bought cheap dryer it’s going to make noise. Tried calling you but keep getting sent to another department. Would love to talk to someone

Not good

Since day one a normal load of laundry takes at least 3 80 minute cycles to dry and now it won’t turn on at all

It has been difficult to figure out what cycle to use and how to set it. Other than that, it does dry my clothes.

If your items are taking too long to dry, we recommend ensuring the lint filter is cleaned out before or after every cycle. Also ensure that larger or heavier loads are separated into smaller loads for proper drying.
