It's a little loud at the end, but it gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Point Dryer is a reliable machine for drying regular loads of laundry, but struggles with larger items such as blankets. Its installation process is simple and user-friendly, making it convenient for users. However, there are a few drawbacks to this dryer. The end of cycle alarm is quite loud and can be annoying, but it does serve its purpose of notifying users when their clothes are done. The lack of a light inside the dryer is also a disappointment, as it makes it difficult to check for any remaining items. Despite these issues, the Hot Point Dryer is a good option for those on a budget and receives 3 out of 5 stars. With some improvements such as making the loud buzzer optional and adding a light inside the drum, it has the potential to receive a full 5 stars. Despite its flaws, it still comes highly recommended for those in need of an affordable and efficient dryer.

Such a good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dryer. The capacity and heat time and options are really nice. Has High, Medium and Low heat capacity. Makes a bit of sound but that doesn't bother us. Over-all I'm very happy with it

Just okay dryer

It seems to struggle to dry a full load the first time around and I frequently have to run loads a second time. The door is also very stiff to open and close, although I’m hopeful it will loosen up over time

Decent dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is decent, though the heat setting lack much variety. There is a no heat setting (self-explanatory), a medium setting (which is normal), and a high setting, which my husband described as hot enough to smelt metal. It would be better if it as least had a low heat setting for more delicate fabrics, but other than that, the capacity is great and it hasn’t damaged any clothing.

Well built dryer that is easy to use and drys everything perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dryer. It works great and it is built very well. The dryer is able to hold several large comforters and still have room to add more items. The dryer we had previously would only fit one comforter, and it would take two hours just to dry the one comforter properly. I was able to dry the same comforter within an hour, and it was completely dry. The comforters that I would have to take to the laundromat to dry and wash I am able to dry in this dryer with no issue at all. This Hot Point dryer allows you to set a timer to dry the clothes from 20 minutes to 80 minutes. When you have little kids, this dryer is very helpful when teaching little ones how to use a dryer. You can tell them exactly where to set the timer to turn on the dryer. Thanks to this feature the kids are able to help you get laundry done. My kids actually like that they’re able to help do laundry and use the new machines. This is now a chore we added to the list thanks to this easy to use dryer. The dryer also allows you to use the normal drying cycle or the delicate cycle for your delicate clothes. I have dried delicates with no issues using this dryer. The dryer dried the delicates with no problem and it didn’t ruin anything I dried in the dryer. Another thing that I really like about this dryer is that it actually takes all the lint off our towels, socks, and blankets. The lint guard catches all the lint, and it’s easy to clean off the lint guard with no problem. This dryer is very well built and it has held up very well. Within the few weeks we’ve had this dryer we haven’t had any issues for complaints . We have been running it daily with no issues. We have a large family of nine people so we do laundry daily to keep up with everything. I also liked that the dryer has not caused the house to be hot like our previous dryer. The dryer was very easy to set up. I installed the dryer myself in under 20 minutes. This was the first time I’ve ever installed a dryer and it was really easy to do. This is a very well built dryer, and I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. Our family was blessed, with this dryer from Hot Point and Influencer in return, for giving our honest review. I am very happy with this dryer. The fact that I’m able to keep up on the laundry and get everything done because of the features this dryer offers is so helpful. If you’re a parent that works full-time and has a large family, this is a dryer you definitely need.

Everything you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Haier Hotpoint 6.2 cu. Ft. Capacity dryer HTX26EASWWW for free from Influenster for a honest and unbiased incentivized review. For some reason when I had previously thought of the hotpoint brand, I thought they were smaller than the average washer and dryer, but both the washer and this dryer I received are normal sized. I really appreciate the simplicity of this dryer. I previously had a higher end brand washer and dryer and yes they look nice, but I actually prefer more basic controls. This dryer’s options are basic, to the point, and efficient. I like that there is a no heat option, an auto dry, and a timed dry up to 80 minutes option. The knobs feel sturdy as well. My clothes seem to dry evenly. The dryer feels well made and sturdy. The drum is aluminized alloy and appears similar to my previous name brand dryer’s drum. The lint catcher is easy to remove and clean and feels sturdy. I attached pictures where I measured the drum size showing this dryer has a large capacity. I am definitely satisfied and would recommend this dryer!
