Just bought and having issues already. However, they are coming out to fix this week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Takes forever for clothes to dry. Not real happy with it nor the washer.

We'd like to assist with your new dryer taking a long time to dry your laundry. It's extremely important to make sure you're using the proper venting material and making sure the vent ductwork is the proper length. We recommend the use of a solid metal vent pipe 4" in diameter for adequate operation. 4" diameter flexible metal venting may be used but will increase the drying time. got it home,,wife had a wet load, from our old dryer quitting earlier today. It a small dryer just 6.2 cf,,perfect for us,,no kids. worked flawlessly,and quiet,, definetly a econmical unit.
