I should have spent a little more money and got in the dryer with more settings. This only has hot medium and air only. Also, the buzzer that sounds 5 minutes before the end of the cycle is really loud and really annoying. That's a feature I didn't know this had until I got it home and started using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just what I wanted

I wanted a good dryer at a reasonable price, and this is it. This is a basic dryer and does a great job. There are two cons to his dryer however - 1. It has the most annoying buzzer that I have ever heard and no way to turn the sound down or off, 2. It does a fine job of catching the lint from a load of towels, but the lint from a regular load of clothes passes through the collection screen and ends up outside.
I would recommend this to a friend!
