Just purchased and installed today. A couple things that were concerning is the reversing door. It was extremely difficult to get the screws drawn in on the other side to attach the hinges. And the temperature control knob is spinning as though it is defective. Send me a new temperature switch so I can replace it. You have to be very cautious or it will just spin and not lock on any mode in the switch. Disappointed

we replaced a stacked washer/dryer combo.. and could not be happier now.
This is great, larger capacity and works like a charm. Thinking about replacing the one we currently have in NJ.
