I bought it brand new, had it for a month and already went out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that your new dryer isn't operating as expected. We see that a service appointment has been scheduled and we are confident the issue will be resolved by a Bodewell technician. In the meantime, we recommend trying the following:
- Make sure the dryer plug is pushed completely into the wall outlet.
- Check that the dryer door is closed tightly.
- Make sure that the cycle selection button is positioned on the desired temperature, fabric and drying time.

Would not recommend this to anybody brand new, not even Heating up

I have only had this for a week. I am a single mother and had to do the installation myself. The instructions provided were very easy to follow. Dries my clothes in half the time my older one did.
