I bought this as a companion to a Hotpoint washer that I had already been using for a couple of years. I am pleased with its performance so far. The controls are simple, and it does its job well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this dryer in September, seems to work well, but takes a long time to dry.

We'd like to assist with your dryer's extended drying time. We recommend checking for an obstruction in the ductwork. Make sure the outside wall cap or damper is operating easily. If flexible ducting is used, make sure that it's not kinked and is installed properly. Additionally, you'll want to make sure that the laundry is sorted properly for the cycle. Improper sorting can cause drying difficulty. Please don't mix heavy, hard-to-dry items with lightweight items.
