Disappointed, spin cycle doesn't stop on first use. Have to call for service right out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

JUST INSTALLED AND COMPLETING MY FIRST WASH. LOVE THE SIZE AND DEPTH OF THE WASHER.. THE DRYER ALSO HAS DEPTH . REPLACES THE KENMORE I PURCHASED WHEN I MOVED IN 20 YEARS AGO. HOPING FOR A LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIP

I bought this washer 3 days ago and so far I love it. It is a basic washer without the latest bells and whistles which is exactly what I wanted. The tub is huge, twice as big as my old washer.

Just installed last night. Love the simplicity. Was tired of all the bells and whistles. Love that I get to choose the water level. Old Maytag had auto sense for water level and barely got clothes wet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
