Performs the Best ever!

Oh my gosh I am so very happy I bought this choice, it's doing amazing on our active families clothes whether it be dirt, mud, car oil, it performs best cleaning in my 60 years of laundry..
I would recommend this to a friend!

It washes well but...

It washes well but the water levels are way off compared to any other washer I've had. Medium to large loads have to be on max level. The small load setting is just maybe an inch or 2 of water. Medium is very small load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

9 out of 10 times this washer goes off balance. We have to physically move the wadded up clothes and restart the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are happy to assist with balancing your washer. First, make sure the washer is level and sitting on a good solid floor. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. You may need to stop the machine and redistribute the load. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. It also helps to load the machine properly to prevent it from getting off balance.

We'd like to assist with the sound level of your washer. You may hear sounds that are different from your prior washer. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds
are all part of the normal wash cycle. Since the unit is already level, make sure that all shipping material has been removed, and the unit is being loaded properly. For details on how to remove shipping material, see Step 1 on page 19 of the Use and Care Manual here:

There is no selectable discrete soak option on this model. The normal cycle of this washer has just a 1 minute soak period embedded within the cycle, and that period is an “active soak”. This means a light agitation stroke is performed periodically to stir up the water in an effort to make the soak more effective.

Good Washer BUT only lasted 2 years

Had this product for 2 years and it broke after the warranty was over.
We really liked the washer, but it did not last.
We bought another brand because Hotpoint did not last.
