Learning Curve

It's really too soon to rate fairly. Purchased less than a month and still adjusting to the cycles, especially the lack of permanent-press cycles. May have to call about a post-cycle "spit" of water about 1 minute after lid raised to remove items. This "spit" of water rewets the items under the waterfall.

We'd like to assist you with your washer. A small amount of water spraying suddenly will occur when water becomes trapped in the fill nozzle (fill tube) at the top of the wash basket after the water shuts off after filling.
Often the nozzle doesn't immediately drain all of the remaining water, so after some time, even a few hours later, the water tension holding in the water breaks and the last amount of water is released or spurted from the fill nozzle. It is similar to the small spurt or burst of water that sometimes comes out of a bathroom shower head after the water is turned off. This is normal and does not harm the washer in any way.
As far as adjusting to the cycles, we recommend referring to pages 9-13 of the owner's manual. Here is the link for your convenience:
