Off balance every wash

From the start washer becomes off balanced. No matter how we adjust clothes, feet or surrounding. When I spin agitator post it always goes into a wobble as if a post is bent. I've done this about 10 times to account to human error/ spin angle all with same results.
It never finished a full proper wash it always stops mid spin cycle.

We'd like to help out with the balancing issues you are noticing with your washer. The way you load the washer at the start of the cycle can impact the occurrence of an out of balance wash load. If you load the washer in a balanced method at the start, it is more likely to be balanced when it attempts to spin. You can find additional troubleshooting at the following link:

New washer

Old washer died after 11 years and needed something quick. Looked at prices and features and decided on a Hotpoint. Nice design and easy to see dials. Cycles are very fast too. Very happy.
