Hat the water control

bought this 6 weeks ago and hate it, the water control is horrible, it does not put enough water in to wash the load and then pushes it off to one side and goes off balance, can't even get through a full load, have to keep adding extra water

We know the importance of an appliance operating as expected. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. We do not advise manually adding water into the tub, as this can void your warranty. If any additional assistance is needed, service is advised. Though it's smaller in comparison to my old washer, my clothes finally feel cleaner. My old washer didn't have an agitator and this one does which is what sold me
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible. Washer barely agitated and will not fill to full capacity clothes are left half washed
