Strong Agitator

I bought this 3 months ago. 90% of my wash loads no matter how large or small or what setting ends up with the washer going out of balace because the load is bunched up to one side. This means having to untangle the load and evenly lay it out so the washer can complete the cylce. The washer has a strong agitaor to cause this.

Works good but sounds loud

It’s a little loud and sounds much different than my last washer.. I thought there was something wrong with it but now I’m pretty sure that it is just the sound that made me think that. It does a good job washing my clothes.

Love this washer. It has just the correct settings, everything is analog, it has an extra large tub and will clean just about anything a guy would want to wash. Anything like extra large sleeping bag's and hunting/fishing items I'll take to a washeteria or pay someone else. From the way it has worked from day one I think this will be the last one I'll ever have to buy. I had a Bosch 500 Extra before and just in parts I could have bought 5 of these, if you included labor I could have bought a new BMW 7 Series.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hat the water control

bought this 6 weeks ago and hate it, the water control is horrible, it does not put enough water in to wash the load and then pushes it off to one side and goes off balance, can't even get through a full load, have to keep adding extra water

We know the importance of an appliance operating as expected. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. We do not advise manually adding water into the tub, as this can void your warranty. If any additional assistance is needed, service is advised.
