I like the large capacity. The only negative is it's a bit noisy. Mine is in the basement at my cabin so it's fine. I really like it. Everything comes out clean and fresh.
Just received this washer it makes loud noise and I am not happy with it

We want to help you with the sound level of washer. We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our Bodewell technicians by calling 1-833-4BODEWELL or online here: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service.

We bought this for our lake house, so got the basic model as it is not used on a weekly basis. Other reviews mentioned the loud noise the machine makes. I thought- “just close the laundry room door!”. Nope, doesn’t help, it is still loud. There is no notification sound that the cycle has ended. Despite these annoyances, the washer seems to do a good job of cleaning our laundry (mostly sheets and towels).
Bought this less than a month ago and struggled with it since then until last night when it flat out wouldn't do anything but flash lights at me. The water level was insufficent, even on the 'Max' setting so I would need to add buckets of water. The agitator doesn't agitate, it merely gently swishes back and forth. There apparently is no Rinse cycle unless you press Deep Rinse and then it does rinse. Spin cycle is absurd, spins for 20 minutes unless I stop it.I don't get me clothes dirty except on the weekends, it didn't was them properly. Had repairman from the store I bought it and he said it was normal and that's they way they all are. He never bothered to read the fault codes. Wrote a real letter to GE consumer Affairs and have yet to have anyone reach out to me. I have been washing clothes, buying washer for 50 years and have never experienced anything so frustrating. Have been things to do with my life than go to Small Claims Court but guess that's my next step. Whoever designed this piece of junk is a moron, and anyone at GE who thinks I can be ignored is sadly mistaken. My brother-in-law, who graduated Law School at Marquette always told me I was a better lawyer than he ever was. But he went straight and drove truck most of his life.
