I have had this washing machine just a couple of months... Pros. It gets my laundry really clean and doesn't take long. Cons. It can get to shaking on smaller loads, even if it's balanced

Thought I was taking a chance because it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles. But so happy with it, an excellent purchase. It has all the options I need and then some. It helps to read the manual, there's a lot more to this machine than the knobs may lead you to think. I find the quick wash agitating is loud, normal is next, the bulky and delicates are very quiet. Does a great job washing the clothes and has a generous capacity. The cycle times vary depending on the settings but so far all are reasonable.

This washer is not working how it’s supposed to work. I turned knob to cold water and hot water comes out. I call the company and they say someone would contact me and I haven’t heard nothing since. I’m not satisfied at all with this product

We want to help you with your washer's water temperature. It is normal to see cold water when selecting a hot temperature. This is because the unit senses the water temperature and optimizes it for the best results. Cold water is added periodically even when "Hot" is selected.
