I've had it almost a month.. I like the big stainless steel drum.. still getting use to it but I definitely like better than my last washer we will see how it holds up

I've done 4 loads so far and am very happy with my washing machine. It has very easy to use features; nothing complicated, and my clothes come out perfect. Also, I like the way it looks!

I bought it just few days ago to replace my old one.
So happy.
Not expensive.
Less noise, less water and so good draining spin....almost dry.
Can choose a different water level.
Was easy to install.
Definitely recommended.

Ditch the high tech junk

If you are tired of the fancy high tech Japanese washers you need this Hotpoint. It is simple with a tub agitator. That means it CLEANS CLOTHES! You can choose water level and temp. No more automatic water level sensor that barely wets the clothes. It spins super fast so clothes are much drier. Even the lid can be opened at certain times without the machine restarting. It really cleans even the toughest dirty clothes. First time I washed my work jeans I thought I had mixed up and grabbed my good jeans because they were so clean. I am very pleased with this washer.

This is the very first appliance that I bought Nee, and so far I have had zero issues. Great quality and great price tag. Have not had my clothes come out that clean before. Can’t wait to get the matching dryer
