This 4.0 cu.ft. washer does not have a motor powerful enough to accommodate a large or heavy wash load. For example, one 20"x 32" bath rug cannot be wrung out by the machine cycle. I must remove the rug, place it between heavy towels and walk on it in order to wring it dry enough for the washer to complete the cycle.

We'd like to give you some information regarding loading for your washer. We recommend not overloading the unit, loosely load your items in the washer basket. For best results, load items around the outside of the basket. Simple no bells and whistles

So far it is good - after my last experience with a washer. I am not going to every say really good. My last washer was an expensive GE and lasted only 3 years. Tried to fix it and spent even more trying for NO reason. I was kind of bummed to learn this brand is owned by GE. I received no help from them either.

Fantastic Machine Look At Settings Though

Had the machine about 3 weeks now. It functions well, easy to set up and use, the spin cycle is amazing and it's very water efficient. 4 Stars only because this unit doesn't have the dedicated Jeans and Heavily Soiled wash cycle options that it's sister units do. Great for normal wear but the extra wash features would be useful across all models.
I would recommend this to a friend!
