Had a front load hated it. Been using the
new top load for a month now love it easy to use,dials no push pads.

good wash, bad spin

This washes well. But unbalances much more often during spin cycle

We'd like to assist with the out of balance conditions you are noticing. We recommend checking to ensure that the unit is completely level to the floor. This will help prevent excess vibrations and allow the unit to spin without over compensating. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down.
