We'd like to help you with the balance of your washer. We recommend checking that all 4 of the unit's legs are properly leveled. If needed, you can adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. It was time to replace my 10 year old Hotpoint washer and I went to the store and ordered the same one, only updated forward 10 years. Simple quality and reliability.

Love the washer! Its very simple and easy to use. My only complaint is its very noisy! My husband even noticed. But, it doesn't really bother us just can't wash late at night or during a nap, lol
