This is the best washer I’ve ever owned! I installed it myself last night. Have finished several loads already. A work horse of a washer, no extra electronics to break. Read instructions on how to get the machine out of the packaging. There is a giant cone-like cardboard and foam contraption, underneath and inside holding the engine in place. You must lay down the machine on its back and remove it; best to have 3 people work on that. Otherwise, you just might install and start up the machine with that mess in the engine. Read instructions thoroughly.

It's a bit confusing

I don't like the way it washes, I can only do small loads because water level is low even on high setting. I don't like the rinse cycle, it's too short.

We are glad to assist with the operation of your washer. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is normal. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary.
This washer has a deep rinse feature. You can set this option to provide a deep rinse or when using fabric softener. Also, by selecting deep rinse, it may change other settings to maximize performance. For example, the spin speed may automatically go to a higher setting to maximize performance of the wash cycle.

I bought this a week ago and I've done nothing but wash clothes. It gets them so clean and smells so good. I'd buy 10 more of them. Now gotta get the dryer to match.

Bought this by suggestion from my grandfather. If you want an affordable, but powerful and useful machine this is your best bet. It's working like a charm, and is very simple and easy to understand.
