Bulky feature

I bought my washing machine 3 months ago and I am pleased with it I like it has a bulky setting on it. With my jeans and towels the load becomes bulky , I like that setting.

Easy to use

I exchanged a NEW Whirlpool washer with the Hotpoint washer as the Whirlpool was dreadful (as many reviews showed AFTER my purchase!) to use and manipulate the settings that I wanted. I have used Hotpoint for years in the UK and now in the USA and you have always been a good product.

I’m still learning how to use it. Right now it’s very confusing. I thought it would be simple with the knobs instead of push buttons. I hope I get the hang of it soon. i’m trying to figure out how to get the clothes to soak without the water draining out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
