I bought this a month ago and I absolutely love it. Works great, has a big tub for large loads, and cycle seems pretty quick. Definitely recommend.

Very, very good washer! We don't mind the rather loud 📢 cycles as it cleans so well. Excellent selection of temperatures, water 🌊 amount, choices of wash type. We're extremely satisfied and more than pleased with the price.

Never Made it Through One Cycle

We bought this unit because it has almost no features. Unfortunately, it didn't even complete one cycle before the pump quit. Can random failure happen to any product? Sure, but they rarely get good reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with this issue with the pump on your new washer. Is water not draining properly? If so, we recommend making sure the drain hose isn't kinked. This is further discussed on page 24 of your manual, linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--esnlivKk--/o60hz6zrissnlkutq8qc.pdf. General troubleshooting is also available starting on that page.

Drum is bigger than I thought. Spin cycle goes a long time. Makes for shorter dry time.

Hotpoint Washer

Working pretty well so far. Purchased earlier this week. I like that she can easily adjust the water levels and open the lid with the water still running, I could not do that on my old Maytag model. So far it seems to be getting the clothes cleaner than my previous Maytag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic workhorse units that are old school simple machines that get the job done. Gifted a set to my daughter for her new place and got a second set for my new place. Easy to operate, no gadgets, and a great price. Get them if you want a washer dryer that just work.
