I like that it is not a "smart" washer.

I bought this washer about 3 months ago. There is one thing that I am not sure if the washer is working properly or if it is, then I don't like it. More times than not, there rinse cycle does not complete properly and I have to set the drain/spin to get it to complete. Very annoying.

Perfect everything!

I am impressed by the variety of cycles with this washer. The large size tub makes it easy to wash comforters, bed spreads, blankets and curtains. This is a time and money saver not having to dry clean or make a trip to the neighborhood washateria.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Way more noise. Tried to get the manual and have not reach it.

We want to assist with the sound level of your washer. We recommend checking that the unit is properly leveled on the floor, as this can help reduce vibration and prevent out-of-balance issues. Also, ensuring that the load is evenly distributed will reduce the sound level. We have had this washer for 2 weeks. I hooked it up, got it level and works great. Can set a cup of coffee on it while spinning and not spill a drop. Just a little noise from agitator, can hardly hear it in other rooms. Just lod enough to no it's working.
