We would like to help and provide some guidance regarding the squeaking sound. A squeaking sound from the washer can indicate that the appliance is not level, to resolve this, adjust the leveling legs by rotating each leg in the appropriate direction to raise or lower it until the washer is level. This information can be found in the manual page 11 at the link below-
