Streamlined designed and easy operation!

Delivery crew showed up on time-frame as promised, were courteous, picked up old washer, placed new washer per my request and hauled away all packing debris. The washer was in New condition and I quickly hooked it up and began using the machine. Since it is a GE product, don't really expect any negative issues. Thank you, Joe Skeens

This washer does a good job. I like the 'auto fill' feature so I don't have to guess the size of the load. It is a bit louder than my previous machine but overall a good value.

I've used it for a month, so far very good. The items must be evenly distributed or it will make a big banging noise. It cleans everything very well and dries good.

Does not fill with enough water

Although the instructions say to hold the button three seconds to make the tub fill with water, it doesn't work!

We'd like to help you with the washer deep fill feature. Press the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add an incremental amount of water to the wash load. Holding the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds will provide the deepest fill level possible. For more information, we recommend referring to page 13 of the manual at this link:
