It’s OK, it feels a bit flimsy. And one cannot use any mode except auto without it rumbling and shaking.

We'd like to assist with your new washer shaking and getting off balance. Firstly, let's start by making sure the washer is level and sitting on a nice solid floor. To level, you will need to adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. Check to see if all shipping material has been removed. When the unit gets off balance, it helps to pause the cycle, rearrange the load, and restart it. Please refer to the following article for more troubleshooting here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17445
If the washer continues to shake and get off balance, please schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
I picked this washing machine because it is not a smart washer and you can do a load of clothes in under an hour. Just wanted a simple RELIABLE machine.
THE WASHER CLEANS THE CLOTHES, BUT WE HAVE ISSUES WITH THE WATER LEVEL CONTROLS AND AT TIMES THE SPIN CYCLE. WE HAVE THE LEAVE THE WATER LEVEL CONTROL ON THE MAX LEVEL TO GET SUFFICIENT WATER FOR A CYCLE.

We would like to help and provide some guidance. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for Washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With Washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most Washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. However, your model unit does allow you to manually add up to 26 gallons of water to your washer. More information about this can be found in your manual on page 8 at the link- https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--esnlivKk--/o60hz6zrissnlkutq8qc.pdf.

So far I'm very satisfied with my new washer but I'm a little concerned that when I put bleach in the dispenser I saw leakage from the washer. Hopefully, this won't be a constant problem. Other than that it's doing everything i need it to do.
