Amazing! you can leave the door open while you fix your clothes and it gets water etc, that's something I missed a lot from my previous washer! So I can add things if I forget and it won't stop unless I stop it. Huge space to wash and the best washer ever! I love it!

We've never bought this brand of appliance before (GE-Hotpoint). We are really impressed and please with how well our new washing machine performs. We now have a new favorite (and more affordable) brand!!!

The machine gets out of balance on every load unless the load is very large. I have to constantly rearrange before every spin cycle.

We are happy to lend a hand with your washer getting off balance. Firstly, let's make sure the washer is level. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. You also want to load the machine properly. For best results, load items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This is the noisiest washer I have ever had. My 32 year old MAYTAG was wonderful!

Loud operation can be caused by the washer not being properly leveled. Unfortunately, I have to buy one almost every year or have it serviced under warranty.Cause it breaks quite often after that first year. But we use it every single day.
