it's very bad

They just installed it on Saturday at noon and it no longer drain & spin the clothes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great washer, easy set up and well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer. I am very pleased with how well it is built and how amazing it cleans everything. I was given this washer for free from Hotpoint and Influencer in return for my honest review. This washer has so much room inside that I was able to clean all of our queen size blankets and still have room left to add more items in each load. The washer really cleaned the blankets leaving them smelling clean and fresh. This washer is very quiet and it doesn’t make hardly any noise. We wanted to install the washer ourselves so we could also let you know how easy it was to install. I have never installed a washer before and it was so easy to do. The washer comes with instructions that are in English and Spanish. The instructions walk you step by step how to install the washer. The directions were very easy to follow. I had the washer set up and working in under 20 minutes. I was not aware that hot point is a GE appliance. This washer is very affordable, and it is a GE appliance. GE has been around for a very long time and every item I’ve ever owned from GE has outlasted any other appliance I have purchased. You can really tell that they used high-quality materials to build this washer. The washer cleans everything very well, and it really held up washing large items. The washer we had before we couldn’t even fit one blanket in without it causing problems and setting the washer off balance. We washed all of our sheets and blankets with this washer with no problems. It made me so happy that I finally have a washer that washes these large blankets with no issues. I finally do not have to take anything to the laundromat anymore. It cleaned everything really well and it didn’t damage anything. You are getting a great washer for a great price and I highly recommend this washer. You will not be disappointed. I was hoping that I could add way more pictures because there are so many great features on this washer. This is a really great appliance and the value is amazing for the quality you are getting. I really like that the washer let you know each cycle that is in process of washing your clothes. It let you know what cycle it is on so you know when it is almost finished. There are five different water levels to this washer also. That allows you to use exactly how much water you need for the washer. You can also set the water level to auto and the washer will fill it for the correct amount of water that you need. This washer also has six different choices to wash your items. You can wash your clothes, using delicate, bulky, normal whites, quick wash or drain and spin. I have been using bulky and quick wash the most. I use bulky to wash our blankets and our towels. I use quick wash to wash the clothes fast so that I can do more laundry in a shorter time. The quick wash feature has allowed me to cut my laundry time in half which is a blessing. I work full-time and I have a side business and I’m a mother of six. So we have laundry every day and having to wait over an hour to do laundry is just way too long for me. Being able to use quick wash is a game changer. You also are getting a great value with this washer because of the energy savings this washer is built to provide you. I highly recommend this washer you will not be disappointed with your purchase. The washer also comes with paperwork that you want to read and fill out so that you can get all the benefits from this washer and the company that makes it. I know you will enjoy this washer as much as my family has.

Everything you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Haier Hotpoint 4.0 cu. Ft. Capacity washer HTW265ASWWW for free from Influenster for a honest and unbiased incentivized review. For some reason when I had previously thought of the hotpoint brand, I thought they were smaller than the average washer and dryer, but this is definitely a normal sized washer. It doesn’t have any bells and whistles, but the stainless steel basket is large and is very well made. It is also an energy star rated product having the cold plus wash option. This washer does have an agitator (the middle piece of the drum/basket). I really like how this washer has the late lid lock technology. It is so nice to be able to simply lift the lid to add items to the wash without having to stop the washer and wait for the unlock, like my other washer. This alone saves me time! It only locks during the spin cycle when the water level is manually selected. Like I said before, it doesn’t have the bells and whistles of the newer technology washers, but I appreciate a simple, yet effective mechanism. I love being able to control the water level, which I cannot do in my washer without the agitator. I also love that there are 6 temperature options. Quick wash, delicate, and drain and spin are also key cycles to have besides the basics. The pictures I took show the size of the drum. It is on the larger end. I appreciate it is made in America as well! This washer has everything you need and I wouldn’t definitely recommend it.
