I am pleased so far with my washer and dryer which are Hotpoint's I have only used once since they are new and was just installed. I have been going to the laundry mat for about 3 years so it was time to gift myself

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hotpoint Washer. On maximum water level, washer is about half filled. Cannot wash large loads. The agitator barely agitates. Would not buy again or recommend.

The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water.
