We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. The performance so far has been great. The wash cycle is quick with easy controls. The noise level is low and has decent wash capacity.

Extreme spin cycle

"We would like to provide clarification regarding this unit's spin cycle time. This model is designed with an extended spin time to comply with energy regulations. The regular spin cycle duration is approximately 20 minutes; however, you can reduce it to about 12 minutes by selecting the Normal cycle and choosing 'None' under the options.

Not hard to operate

Only washed but 2 loads of clothes but I really like my hotpoint washing machine.my old hotpoint stopped but I can't complain after having it for 17 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The washing machine is great. I have had it since 02/22/2025 and it stopped working today. It is knocking loudly and shaking very bad. But before it went out, it performed greatly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are noticing your washer vibrating rapidly or walking, we recommend checking to make sure your unit is completely level to the ground. Also, it can be important to load the washer properly to avoid out of balance conditions. The best way to achieve a balanced load is to load dry items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads.
