Hot point washer

We bought this washer about a month ago to replace my old used one and we’ve been using it pretty hard. There are about four of us in the household and everybody has a lot of clothes so this thing gets used all week. Overall washer is very tough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible sound

Our washing machine is ridiculously loud when washing. It’s sad when your 8 year asks if the washing machine is going to explode.

Water level control does not work properly! They' say it's because it's a water saver. Half the load doesn't even get wet!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is so SLOW to fill with water. Not used to its features. Kind of a pain to use.
