I have had my new washer for almost a month. I am happy with it. If there was anything I do not like about the washer is that it is not as quiet as the Kenmore I had.
The washer was easy to install and the QR codes attached to the brief written instructions contained detailed information, what noise to expect on each cycle, proper temperature and load settings, etc. The washer was purchased 3 weeks ago.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice, no frills washer. I love the fact that it has a basic concept in a world of options. The agitator seems to get clothes cleaner than the washer machines that don’t have one while being energy efficient. I like that I can add clothing to the wash even after the cycle has ended. I am however suprised that this unit isn’t as heavyweight as the older models, but I assume that it’s because the company is environmentally conscious. Overall a good buy , and afford to d product for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Haier Hotpoint 4.0 cu. Ft. Capacity washer HTW265ASWWW for free from Influenster for a honest and unbiased incentivized review. For some reason when I had previously thought of the hotpoint brand, I thought they were smaller than the average washer and dryer, but this is definitely a normal sized washer. It doesn’t have any bells and whistles, but the stainless steel basket is large and is very well made. It is also an energy star rated product having the cold plus wash option. This washer does have an agitator (the middle piece of the drum/basket). I really like how this washer has the late lid lock technology. It is so nice to be able to simply lift the lid to add items to the wash without having to stop the washer and wait for the unlock, like my other washer. This alone saves me time! It only locks during the spin cycle when the water level is manually selected. Like I said before, it doesn’t have the bells and whistles of the newer technology washers, but I appreciate a simple, yet effective mechanism. I love being able to control the water level, which I cannot do in my washer without the agitator. I also love that there are 6 temperature options. Quick wash, delicate, and drain and spin are also key cycles to have besides the basics. The pictures I took show the size of the drum. It is on the larger end. I appreciate it is made in America as well! This washer has everything you need and I wouldn’t definitely recommend it.
