not sure if washer is defective

on full setting, the drum fills up only half. during the first run on the final spin, it looks like an internal part came loose and it was making a loud sound. but on subsequent washes, it appears ok. hope this thing lasts.

I’ve been using this washer for about a month and am super happy with it. I’m able to easily select water level, heat, and type of laundry. Strong spin cycle leaves clothing nearly dry, minimizing necessary drying time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far this is a great washer. I love that it does not have ridiculous electronics, but old school knobs. I think the settings are great. Overall, good product
