Bought this washer 6 weeks ago. Works well, no issues so far. Quiet enough. Trying a new brand we have never owned before. Hoping for good long term results.

I am loving my new washer so far. It does an excellent job getting clothing clean. I like the simplicity of the dashboard. I've ran it on different cycles to compare and it's been flawless so far. I love the fact you can throw in clothing at the beginning of the cycle without bothering with the lock.

Hotpoint washing machine purchase.

When my washer quit working recently, I needed a washer with large capacity. This washing machine works great and uses less water to clean full loads.
When my wife used it for the 1st time, she was concerned that the water level was too low to sufficiently clean the wash load. However, after rechecking the owners manual we found that the water level does not necessarily cover the clothes when the wash begins. It’s a great water saving technique that saves on water usage and clothes are thoroughly cleaned.
We are very pleased with this Hotpoint appliance

We're glad to hear you're pleased with your new washer. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. Thanks so much for the feedback.
