Issue since day of install

Bought this washer two weeks ago, and have had problem ever since the day it was installed. No matter how much or how little laundry you put in, when it does the rinse/spin cycle it grows the load off balance .

We want to help you with your washer not spinning properly. We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. Very happy with purchase. Compact, quite, rinse and spin cycle gets clothes super dry.

Not sure yet purchased it yesterday was on sale.
I love that it has an agitator my previous machine did not.
I notice the machine is very noisy my previous machine you could not hear it.
But for the price I'm giving g it the benefit of the doubt. Will give it a review in a couple of weeks.but so far so good.

This is a great washing machine and the options for each wash covers any clothes for a clean and quick completion.

Basic Washer

I wanted a basic washer, similar to what I had. I received a basic washer, however, it has 2 flaws. 1 - does not get all the water out of towels very well. 2 - clothes come out very wrinkled. My other washer was much better, but it's not available any more.

Former GE washer was a disaster. I was so glad when it quit working. Purchased a Hotpoint, with an agitator as a replacement in March 2026. Although the Hotpoint does not seem to spin quite as dry, we are very pleased. The Hotpoint has not gotten out of balance once!

We are so glad to hear you are pleased with the performance. We want to help you with the clothes not spinning out as much as expected. Oversudsing from too much detergent may slow down the final spin cycle, causing a suds lock.
The use of HE High Efficiency detergent will decrease the chance of a suds lock. Use HE detergent only and be sure to use the recommended measured amount. Run a drain/spin cycle if this has occurred to remove the excess water in the clothes.
