I just bought this washer and am very happy with it. It is so quiet and it has a very large capacity there is no problem putting in my king size comforter. It handles my husbands dirty work clothes really well.

It don't wash my clothes clean and it make a lot of noise when washing and it's shake a lot

Hotpoint washing machine purchase.

When my washer quit working recently, I needed a washer with large capacity. This washing machine works great and uses less water to clean full loads.
When my wife used it for the 1st time, she was concerned that the water level was too low to sufficiently clean the wash load. However, after rechecking the owners manual we found that the water level does not necessarily cover the clothes when the wash begins. It’s a great water saving technique that saves on water usage and clothes are thoroughly cleaned.
We are very pleased with this Hotpoint appliance

We're glad to hear you're pleased with your new washer. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. Thanks so much for the feedback.
