The washer is ok but my problem is with the amount of water that comes into washer. I tried AUTO and MAX settings for large loads and I have to reduce amount of clothing and still doesn't get enough water.

Get what you pay for

I bought this model as it was in my price range and I do not care about fancy features. The salesman told me "you get what you pay for" which I thought was rude, but , he was right. Guess I should have asked him why they would sell a product they think is junky. The system glitches, needs to be reset, lights work when they want to, there is no feature to pause the washer, and the list goes on. I would call since I did register for the warranty, but it really does seem it is just a low end product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To pause the wash cycle press the Start pad one time. Press Start again to complete the cycle. It's not unusual to need to reset a product from time to time. If you're finding the need to do this often, we recommend service. Bought this a few weeks ago and am loving it. Easy to use and works well. I don't need any bells and whistles so this machine is perfect.
